Welcome to the Doxy Roleplaying Game blog.

Along with Tough Justice and Courtesans, Doxy is a History Farce Game by Ian Warner and it is published by Postmortem Studios.

Unlike the ladylike Courtesans, Doxies have no pretentions of grandeur. They are common whores out to earn their crust any way they can.

The core rules can be found in Print and PDF.

Keep an eye on this blog for further updates about future supplements and support material.

Transported is a bit of a weird product that doesn’t quite gel with the more “sensible” History Farce products like the Cores and the Setting Books.

As such I have transferred responsibility for its production over to my personal label Kittiwake Classics.

Basic Layout Sent

I have sent in my basic layout of Doxy.

My part of the project is over. Now I just have to wait for Grim's magic and we will have a Corebook release.

Sometime next week is the cautious guess but I'll keep you posted.

Update- Layout

Having started up Kittiwake and got the hang of laying out books I have decided to do my own basics in future giving Grim just the "polishing" to do and (in theory) getting books out quicker.

In this new experiance I have come into the following pieces of valuable knowledge.

1) Picture editors suck and odly the one that sucks the least for me is the primitive Microsoft Paint!
2) Box text is annoying- expect less or none at all in future!
3) Picture resolution is so unpredictable you need to do test pages to check they come out okay.
4) Cute PDF is a Godsend!

All invaluable to anyone out there thinking of self publishing!
